These Community Rules apply everywhere Drago2 players meet: in the Game, on the forum at board.drago2.com, in the guide, and on our official Discord and social channels. They form part of our Terms of Service. The principle behind all of them is simple — Drago2 is a competitive PvP server, and competition only means something if the contest is fair and the people in it are treated decently.
1. Fair play
1.1 Prohibited software
You may not use, distribute or advertise any of the following:
- bots, auto-clickers, macros or any tool that plays for you, including while you are away from the keyboard;
- modified game clients, injected code, memory editors or packet editors;
- tools that reveal information the client is not meant to show, such as drop tables, hidden player positions or map-wide overlays;
- speed hacks, teleport hacks, wall hacks, damage modification, or automatic targeting;
- software that automates fishing, hunting, enchanting or marketplace activity.
Penalty: permanent ban on first offence. This applies to the person, not merely the account — creating a new account to evade the ban is itself a breach.
1.2 Bugs and exploits
If you discover a bug, report it to [email protected]. Do not use it, do not tell others how to use it, and do not test how far it goes.
Using a bug to gain any advantage — duplicating items, entering areas you should not reach, bypassing cooldowns, or generating currency — results in a permanent ban, and items or currency produced this way are removed from the economy along with anything traded onward from them.
Players who report a significant bug rather than exploiting it may be rewarded at our discretion.
1.3 Multi-accounting and account sharing
You may hold more than one account, but you may not use several accounts simultaneously to gain an unfair advantage — for example, feeding items to your main character, occupying multiple places in an event, manipulating rankings, or voting for yourself.
Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred or played by anyone other than the registered owner. Penalty: suspension, escalating to permanent closure of all accounts involved.
1.4 Real-money trading
Selling, buying or exchanging accounts, characters, in-game currency or items for real money or for anything of real-world value is strictly prohibited. This applies whether the trade happens in-game, on the forum, on Discord, or anywhere else.
Penalty: permanent closure of all accounts involved, on both sides of the trade. Buyers are penalised as well as sellers — without buyers there is no market.
2. Conduct towards others
2.1 Harassment and abuse
Do not insult, threaten, stalk or harass other players or staff. Rivalry, trash talk between guilds and heated moments after a lost fight are part of PvP; sustained targeting of a person is not, and the difference is usually obvious.
Zero tolerance applies to:
- discrimination or slurs based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
- threats of violence, including threats made in jest;
- sexual harassment, or any sexual content involving minors — this is reported to the authorities;
- encouraging self-harm or suicide;
- publishing another person’s private information — real name, address, phone number, workplace, photographs or IP address — without their consent.
Penalty: from a chat mute to a permanent ban, depending on severity. Threats, sexual content involving minors and doxxing are permanent on first offence.
2.2 Chat and spam
- Do not flood chat with repeated messages, or use excessive capitals or symbols.
- Do not advertise other servers, cheat tools, currency sellers, or unrelated commercial services.
- Do not use chat to conduct real-money trades.
- Keep discussion in the appropriate channel — trade in trade, recruitment in guild channels.
Penalty: chat mute, escalating with repetition.
2.3 Names
Character names, guild names and forum usernames may not contain insults, slurs, sexual content, references to drugs, real-world political or religious figures, or anything designed to impersonate staff. Names that imitate a staff member, such as adding “GM” or “Admin”, are removed on sight.
Penalty: forced rename; repeat offences lead to suspension.
2.4 Impersonation and scams
Do not pretend to be a staff member, and do not claim to speak on our behalf. Staff will never ask for your password or deletion code. Anyone who does is attempting to steal your account — report it immediately.
Scamming other players through false trade promises, fake “middleman” services or manipulated trade windows results in a permanent ban. Where the items involved can be traced, we return them to the victim.
3. Guilds and events
- Guild leaders are responsible for their guild’s name, description and emblem.
- Deliberately manipulating the outcome of tournaments, castle sieges or Dominion Clash — by collusion, by fielding secondary accounts, or by arranging results in advance — disqualifies every participant and forfeits rewards.
- Blocking a boss spawn, an event area or an entrance in order to prevent others from participating is a breach.
- Rankings must reflect genuine play. Inflating a ranking through arranged kills or secondary accounts leads to removal from the ranking and suspension.
4. Attacks on the server and the community
The following are treated as attacks on Drago2 itself, not merely as rule breaches, and carry a permanent ban on first offence:
- Denial of service. Attacking our servers, or attacking another player’s connection to gain an advantage in PvP, in a siege or in an event. This is a criminal offence in most countries and we report it.
- Account theft. Phishing, credential stuffing, fake login pages, or any attempt to take another player’s account. Recovered items are returned to the rightful owner where our logs allow it.
- Ban evasion. Creating a new account, or using someone else’s, to return after a ban. The new accounts are closed and the original penalty is extended.
- Attacking our infrastructure. Probing for vulnerabilities, tampering with network traffic, or attempting to reach systems you are not authorised to use. If you find a vulnerability, report it — see the responsible disclosure section of our Terms of Service, which protects researchers who act in good faith.
- Distributing malware. Sharing tools that claim to be Drago2 utilities but harm the people who install them.
- Coordinated harm. Organising any of the above, or recruiting others to do it, including from outside the Game.
Where conduct of this kind causes loss to us or to our players, we preserve the relevant logs, cooperate with law enforcement, and reserve the right to pursue civil claims.
5. Protecting the server’s content
Drago2’s systems, balance, guides and artwork represent a great deal of work. You may not copy our content in order to build or promote another server, extract our data systematically, or reverse engineer our client or server software. The full position is set out in the intellectual property section of our Terms of Service.
This is not aimed at the community. Streaming, screenshots, fan guides, fan art, videos — including monetised ones — and community Discord servers are all welcome and need no permission from us. The line is between celebrating Drago2 and taking it.
6. Forum and guide
- Search before posting; keep threads on topic and in the right category.
- Do not post the same content in multiple sections.
- Do not revive long-dormant threads without adding something substantive.
- Do not publish private conversations with staff or with other players without their consent.
- Do not post content that is illegal, pornographic, or infringes someone else’s copyright.
- Criticism of the server and its staff is welcome. Make it about decisions and their consequences, not about people.
7. Reporting a breach
If you believe someone has broken these rules:
- Collect evidence. A video recording is the most reliable; screenshots may suffice for chat offences. Evidence must be unedited — do not crop or cut in a way that changes the meaning.
- Report within 2 days. Server logs allow us to verify recent events; older incidents often cannot be confirmed.
- Send it to [email protected], or submit it through the support system on drago2.com while signed in, with the character name concerned, the time, the place and a description of what happened.
Do not accuse people publicly in chat or on the forum while a report is pending — if you are wrong, you have damaged an innocent person’s reputation, and public accusations tend to make an honest investigation harder. Deliberately false reports are themselves a breach and are penalised.
We do not disclose what penalty another player received. This protects their personal data, and the same protection applies to you.
8. How penalties work
| Measure | Typically applied for |
|---|---|
| Warning | A first minor breach, where the person appears not to have understood the rule. |
| Chat mute (1–72 hours) | Spam, insults, advertising in chat. |
| Temporary suspension (1–30 days) | Repeated breaches, harassment, multi-accounting for advantage. |
| Permanent ban | Cheating software, bug exploitation, real-money trading, scamming, threats, doxxing, ban evasion. |
| Removal of items or currency | Where they were obtained through a breach, together with anything traded onward from them. |
| Ranking removal | Where a ranking position was obtained unfairly. |
Penalties take into account what happened, the harm caused, and any previous breaches. A permanent ban is always reviewed by a person before it is applied, even where an automated system detected the breach.
9. Appeals
Every penalty can be appealed. Write to [email protected] from the email address registered to the account, or open a ticket through the support system on drago2.com while signed in, explaining what happened and providing any evidence.
We aim to respond within 7 days. Where practicable, your appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who imposed the penalty. If we made a mistake we will say so, reverse the penalty and restore what was lost.
Appeal once and wait for the answer. Repeat appeals with no new information do not change the outcome.
10. Changes to these Rules
These Rules may change as the server develops and as new forms of abuse appear. Material changes are announced through the Services before they take effect. Rules are not applied retroactively — you are judged by the rules in force at the time you acted.
